OPEN PLAN GROUND FLOOR · MEDIA & SPORT ROOM · WOODEN FLOORS THROUGHOUT
Consistent off-white colour palette has been used throughout the house, punctuated by nickel fittings, carrara marble, and oak floors. Ample built-in storage means that there is space to breathe, free from clutter.
Hallways and bathrooms boast natural daylight and create a light-filled, well-ventilated home, designed with well-being in mind.
Flexible use has been a large part of design thinking. As a result, the basement media room received a new, unexpected function, which reflects on the client's family lifestyle.
A key client requirement was to create a healthy and resilient home, which will be comfortable, stylish, and age well. As an architectural response, hardwood timber flooring has been installed throughout. The surfaces are minimal, and the layout offers flexibility .
